"Home for the Holidays" is a choose what you pay digital special with a suggested ticket price of $25.00 per household.

The video will be available on-demand from November 19th, 2022 @ 8:00 AM CST - December 26th, 2022 @ 11:59PM CST

The program is approximately 60 minutes in length. A purchased household ticket will give one device at a time unlimited access to the holiday special allowing you to watch it as many times as you like during the above timeframe.

How does "choose what you pay" work?

Due to the ongoing pandemic and the challenges many of us face, it is important to us to make our digital holiday special accessible to bring joy to as many as possible, even those facing financial hardship. The suggested price for a household is $25, and a discounted price of $10 is also available for anyone to choose. Higher prices of $40 and $50 per household are also available as options for those who are able to purchase at a higher price point or those with large households. These purchases help us subsidize our discounted $10 tickets, helping CSB with the revenue our organization depends on during the holiday season. Please note that choosing a higher ticket price does not constitute a tax-deductible donation. Should you wish to make a donation a separate page will display during the check out process where you can make a tax-deductible charitable gift in any amount to support our programs.

Yes, just like the claymation "Rudolph" holiday special, "Home for the Holidays" is the same every year. We hope you'll make it part of your annual tradition!

What's the "Sponsorship" for Senior Living Communities all about?

An important part of the mission of Copper Street Brass is to provide access to our music for older adults and those facing dementia who reside in senior living communities across the Midwest. Financial support from our donors is an essential part of that mission, and for the first time we are offering the chance to sponsor a viewing license for an entire senior living community of your choice! Here's how it works:

• 1-2 business days after your purchase we will be in touch with you via email from alex@copperstreetbrass.org. If you don’t see our email, check your junk mail folder or give us a call at (612) 722-3667.
• For each purchased license, we’ll ask you to select one senior living community location to receive free unlimited access for all of their residents to our “Home for the Holidays” virtual holiday special video. If you don't have a specific senior community in mind, no problem! We have worked in dozens of communities and would be happy to make recommendations.
• After we’ve been in touch we’ll handle the logistics and provide the residents you’ve sponsored with unlimited, easy access to the video along with an acknowledgement of your choice.

How will I actually watch it?

After your purchase you’ll be emailed one access code per ticket purchased and a link to the video player. Each code allows unlimited access to the video anytime during the viewing timeframe (see above). Only one device may watch using each code at a time.

Just like any online video, you can watch and listen to the digital special on any device or stream it to your TV using streaming devices like AppleTV, Roku, Google Chromecast and more. For technical help viewing the program visit our video support page.

Can I share my access code with friends and family?

Only one device can watch the program with each access code at a time, so while you could coordinate with your friends and family to avoid issues we’d really love if you’d consider it like a live concert and purchase a ticket for each household who will view the program. To receive multiple access codes for multiple households simply add more tickets to your cart at checkout and you will receive multiple codes to share with family and friends.

Yep, as many times as you want until it closes on Dec. 26th at midnight!

If I purchase a ticket, can I download the program to my computer or burn it to a DVD?

No, purchasing a ticket gets you a code permitting unlimited viewing access during the duration of the digital special's run. You can't download it for offline viewing or burn it to a DVD.

Do I have to watch the video all at once or can I pause it?

You do not need to watch the entire video all at once. You will have the option of pausing the video and scrolling through the video to watch a song again or to pause and later pick up right where you left off.
